The rooms
Thirty six rooms, and no two alike
Every room at the Delaware is different: a different iron bed, a different view down Harrison Avenue, a different wallpaper border somebody chose a century ago. They are grouped below by the bed you will sleep in. All rooms are on the second and third floors, up the grand staircase.

Photos are representative of each room type. Because no two rooms are alike, your exact room, furnishings and view may differ from the pictures.
Queen
Iron beds, deep color and tall windows over Harrison. The classic Delaware room, and the one most people book.
King
Four poster beds in some, exposed brick in others, morning light in all of them, and room to spread out.
Double
Two beds and tall windows. The easy answer for a family or a group of friends who would rather share a room than split up.
Twin
A small single room with a real bed, a private bath and a good price. Ideal for one person passing through on the way to a race or a trailhead.
King Bonus
A king bedroom with a twin trundle bed in a separate bonus room. One thing to know before you book: the shower in this room opens onto the main bedroom.
Queen Suite
A queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the other, off one door. The two rooms share one bathroom.
King Suite
The biggest room in the house. A king bed in one room, and two queens plus a twin with a trundle in the other, with corner windows facing the range. The two rooms share one bathroom.
Newly remodeled
Three rooms, just finished
We are bringing the rooms upstairs back one at a time. These three are done, top to bottom, and the photos below show the actual rooms. Ask for one by number when you book and we will do our best to hold it for you.

Room 206
Exposed brick behind the bed, two leather armchairs under tall windows, a wall of built in wardrobes, and a new bathroom with a glass shower and a wood vanity.

Room 210
An iron bed under a big antique map of the world, brass sconces, wood floors in the entry, and a new bathroom with a walk in shower in green glazed tile, brass fixtures and a marble topped black vanity.

Room 227
An iron bed between two framed prints of old Leadville, and a new bathroom with a walk in shower in dark glazed tile, brass fixtures and a marble vanity.
