We do not accept pets. Service animals trained to perform a task(s) are welcomed. ESA animals that do not qualify as service animals are not permitted.

There is no elevator at this time, however as part of our renovations we will have an elevator installed by the end of the year. Until then, our guest services team are happy to carry bags and any luggage to and from rooms.

The restaurant is nearly complete, and we are now working on the lobby renovation, which will be complete by the end of August. We’ve also started work on the ice cream parlor and coffee shop that will open this winter. The construction does not impact any rooms, which are all located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. We do hope you will excuse the dust in our lobby!

We have parking off site about a block away for an additional $5.00 per night. Street parking is permitted throughout town unless marked by signs.

Yes, all rooms have their own bathroom. However, our suites (which have 2 rooms) share a bathroom.

We do not have AC in the hotel, but the cool mountain nights provide much comfort.

We will have breakfast and lunch at the Mineral Restaurant downstairs soon (opening mid-June), there are also a variety of options in town. Our guest services team will be happy to provide recommendations.

Leadville is a High Alpine Environment, so it is really hard to predict weather. Summer the hottest day you will experience is in the high 70’s. In winter, temperatures often reach sub-zero at night.

The hotel was built in 1886. Yes, there are leans, creaks, and squeaks, which all give our historic hotels its charm.
