No. The building dates from 1886 and all guest rooms are on the second and third floors, up the grand staircase. Our front desk team is glad to carry bags and luggage up and down for you, any hour.

The lobby bar downstairs is open in the evenings, and Harrison Avenue has breakfast spots, cafes, saloons and restaurants within a couple of blocks of the front door. The front desk is happy to point you to the right one.

Leadville is a High Alpine Environment, so it is really hard to predict weather. Summer the hottest day you will experience is in the high 70’s. In winter, temperatures often reach sub-zero at night.

Yes, for a fee. Ski and snowboard storage is $15.00 per night, bike storage is $15.00 per night, and luggage storage is $5.00 per night. Skis, snowboards, and bikes are not permitted in guest rooms. As part of our renovations we are installing a bike wash station in our storage area!
